A good vision of the site depends of the resolution of your screen and of the   size of characters.

  With a low resolution, for example 640 x 480, the elements on the screen   are bigger even the screen area is reduced.

  With a high resolution, for example 1024 x 768, the global area of the screen   is ampler but the elements are smaller.

  How to adjust the resolution of your screen: close all the open windows,   click on the right bottom of the mouse in an empty space of the screen and,   after this, choose Properties.
  In the Regulation card drag the slide's device in the panel Resolution of the   screen then click on Apply.
  When it's required to apply the setting, click on OK.
  The screen will become dark for some instants.
  After that you modified the resolution of the screen, you have 15 seconds at   one's disposal to confirm the brought modifications. Click on Yes to confirm
  the modifications, otherwise click on No, or make no operation to restore the   preceding setting.

  The character must be imposed always on big, in Microsoft Internet Explorer   click on Display - Character - Big.
